The "Sydney Morning Herald's" Melbourne correspondent says that the I Minister of Health (Mr. W. M. Hughes)' appealed unsuccessfully to the Prime Minister (Mr. J. A. Lyons) for a review- of the decision to demand his resignation and that Mr. Hughes will resign from the Cabinet. He left for Canberra last night.
