I LONDON, October 12. ,lAt St. Jude's Church, Courtfteld Gardens, on October 5, the wedding to<bk place of Miss Dorothy Oldershitw, daughter of the late Commander W.\G. Oldershaw, and Mrs. M. Oldershap, of Singapore, Auckland, and Ear (is Court, to Alan Crandon Atterbur:V\ son of the late Dr. "Walter Atterbury^ and Mrs. E. Atterbury, of Whangarqii. The ceremony was performed by tltile Rev. U. J. Matthews, and the church was attractively decorated with chryst^themums in autumn tints. Mr. H. Labrum-Johnson escorted the bride, Who wore a beautiful gown of parchment satin, with .deep flounce of silk net trimmed with flowers of satin aitid silver leaves. She wore satin gloves and gold shoes, and carried a l)buquet of pink roses. The bridal veil of tulle was arranged from a headdrjeiss. of gold leaves. The three bridesma^ls were Miss Betty Partrigd (coiiaun of the bride), Miss June Atterbury.V and Miss Vivyen Atterbury (niettes of the bridegroom). They all wore presses of green organdie with wreavjiis of gold flowers, and carried bouquets of yellow tea roses and blue forgetrtne-nots. The best man was Mr. W. Lawrence Donohue, aired the groomsmen were Mr. Erol E.kAtterbury and Mr. Oscar R. Griffin. \ ; A reception* was held by the bride's mother at 4 Barkston Gardens.
