■ Mr. W. H. Woods, Democrat cahdir date, for Mid-Canterbury,:; opened ' his campaign at Dunsandel last evening. He criticised' the Government's' unemployment relief policy, the high rate of • taxation, the high exchange, and government by boards and commissions. He was accorded a vote .of thanks.
