THE MAEEO CASE
TRUE BILL RETURNED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, October 23. A true bill was returned by the Grand Jury in the Supreme Court this afternoon against Eric Mareo, "aged 44, musician, charged with the murder of his wife, Thelma Clarice Mareo.
