Cotton: Liverpool quotation, good American middling, spot, 6.40 d a lb (6.50 d); November delivery,.6.lld a lb (6.12 d). Rubber: Para, sid a lb (same); plantation smoked ribbed sheet, 6Jd a ib (6 3-32 d).
Jute: October-November shipment, new season's Indian jute, Dundee quotation, £18 18s 9d a ton (£lB 11s 3d).
• Copra: November-December shipment, South Sea, to London or Rotterdam, £13 a ton (£l2 7s 6d); smoked, to Marseilles or Genoa, £12 10s a ton (£ 12 ss); plantation Rabaul, to London or Rotterdam, £14 a ton (£l3 ss). Linseed oil: £28 a ton (£29). . Turpentine: 48s 3d a cwt (46s 9d).
