MASKED CARNIVAL DANCE.

Final arrangements have, been-made for the. masked carnival dance,-which is to be held in St. Francis Hall, Hill Street, on Monday evening. The proceeds arc to be devoted to the St. Joseph's Orphanage, a well-known institution at Upper Hutt, and it is anticipated that the dance will be a great success, financially as weir as socially.
