Harding. He. was found in a whare on Sunday night, with severe head,wounds, and a shotgun between his knees.' A summons to. appear, in court to answer a charge was served on him on Saturday.

The Coroner's verdict was that death was due to suicide while mentally depressed owing to a pending Court case.
