HUTT VALLEY CRICKET ASSOCIATION

The Hutt Valley Cricket Association, at its meeting, last night, received advice from the Lower Hutt Borough Council stating that the association had been allotted three wickets at Naenae Reserve, two at Trafalgar Park, and one at Bell Park, No mention was made of any wickets for the association on the Lower Hutt Recreation Ground, and regret was expressed by members in this connection. It was decided that, in the event of negotiations being, reopened with the Lower Hutt Borough Council regarding the use of the Hutt Recreation Ground, the secretary be empowered to accept terms up to a certain figure.

Advice was also received from the Petone Borough Council that the association had been allocated three wickets at North Park and three at McEwan Park/
