SIR ROMEO GOES NORTH
One of the latest additions to the Ellerslie tracks is Sir Romeo, a five-year-old gelding by Romeo from Lady Ker(nan. He.has done most of his racing in the Manawatu district, his last success being •in the Tararua Handicap. 1} miles, at the Manawatu Summer Meeting eighteen months ago. He-has done little racing this season, but he has been qualified as a hunter, and will most likely be seen out in that :class at the Pakuranga Meeting., next ■month.
