A diamond brooch, the property of her Excellency Viscountess Galway, has been lost. The brooch is in the form of the regimental badge of the First Life Guards, which the Governor-Gen-eral commanded, and is of considerable sentimental value to Lady Galway. The missing brooch ' has the letters "L.G" crossing the centre surrounded by the Royal cipher, "Honi soit gui mal y pense." It is surmounted by a small crown. . . ~ .i
