AERIAL SERVICE
A BLENHEIM" PROTEST
(By Telegraph—Press Association.)
BLENHEIM, This.Day.
The Blenheim Borough Council last night passed a resolution protesting to the Transport Co-ordination Board against a proposal to debar Great Pacific Airways from touching at Blenheim, thus- confining the air services to Union^Airways and Cook Strait Airways. It was pointed out that, Marlborough being isolated, required more frequent and speedier communication with Auckland, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Timaru, and other centres touched by Great Pacific Airways,-but not by the other services.
