MR. A. K. BELL. M.B.E.

Mr. Arthur Kingsley Bell, M.8.E., is a member of the Wellington Magistrate's Court start,' He is a New Zealander, and held an administrative post in* Western Samoa for some time. Throughout the Great War he served at Gallipoli and.in France. Mr. Bell has had constabulary experience in Australia, and is a trooper in the Legion of Frontiersmen. For a time he was chairman of the Legion's benevolent committee.
