ROME, May 31.
Signer Mussolini, the Dictator, has ordered more troops to Africa, and has stopped the leave of members of the 191S class.
The navy has dispatched further ships to the Red Sea. Signor Mussolini has ordered the mobilisation of four further divisions, estimated at 55,000 men, for service in East Africa.
A communique says that Abyssinia's partial mobilisation and the arrival of additional Avar material compels the adoption of new defensive measures in order to guarantee the security of Italy's colonies. The mobilisation brings the Italians under arms to nearly 1,000,000 men.
