The board of directors of the.National Bank of Australasia, Ltd., Melbourne, at a. meeting yesterday reelected Sir James A, M. Elder, K.B.E. and the Hon. Sir Frank Clarke, K.8.E., M.L.C., chairman and vice-chairman respectively for the ensuing year. This information is contained in a cablegram, dated May 30, received by the National Bank of New Zealand, from the National Bank of Australasia, Ltd., for whom- it acts as New Zealand agents.
