At Majestic Theatre,

Speed, action, and romance are contained in "After Office Hours," a new Metro - Goldwyn - Mayer production, which opens at the Majestic Theatre tomorrow. A fast-moving story of act venturous romance, it deals with a society murder mystery against a background of modern newspaper life. Two famous stars share honours. They are Clark Gable and Constance Bennett. Indications are that they will follow in the famous Crawford-Gable and Shearer-Gable combinations, so popular with the public. Robert Z. Leonard, the director who has a hit at'least once every year, has begun early. The pace, suspense, and smooth flow of the new picture are said to reflect to his credit. The story, a murder mystery against a Park Avenue background, lets the audience see who is the murderer and how the "perfect crime" was committed, and then watch a skilled investigator in action. As noted for his acting as for his personal popularity, Gable gives a flawless performance as the newspaper editor who solves the crime and wins the girl. The girl is Miss Bennett, who plays his social club reporter. Equally strong is the supporting cast, which includes Stuart Erwm, Billie Burke, Harvey Stephens, Katharine Alexander, Hale Hamilton, and Henry Travers,
