NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day.

Sir Charles Kingsford Smith has a* vised Mr. S. E. Nielson, secretary of the New Plymouth Aero Club, that he will fly the Southern Cross with a freight cargo from Richmond to New Ply* mouth on May 16 or 17. After a short stay he will depart from New Plymouth for Mascot with a return freight. There is also a possibility that the Faith in Australia will accompany thf Southern Cross across theTasman.
