GIFT TO HOSPITAL

DUNEDIN, April 26.

At tonight's meeting of the Dunedin Hospital Board a letter was received from Miss, Annie Peters, of Dunedin, offeririg to provide a memorial for her late brother, Dr. Stewart Peters, and she proposed giving the sum of £1000 for. a ward in the new administration block. The gift wan accepted with thanks.

The new esperanto class organised at the Easter Show will commence next Monday, at 7.30 p.m., in the Tararua Tramping Club's Hall, Nathan's Building, Grey Street. The secretary will be early in attendance for the purpose of enrolling new students. The fee of half a guinea includes membership of the Wellington Esperanto Club for the current year, free tuition, and free text buok. Application forms may be procured at the Esperanto stand, Easter Show, or at the ulubi'oom on the opening night of the new class,
