WORLD CONGRESS DEMANDS
EQUAL NATIONALITY
ISTANBUL, April 19.
A congress of the International Women's Suffrage Alliance was opened at Yildiz on Thursday, when the Governor of Constantinople and the president of the Union of Turkish. Women welcomed 300 delegates from 30 countries as far abroad as India, Australia, and Jamaica. • <
Mrs. Corbett Ashby, in her; presidential address, outlined the alliance's principles, including support of the League of Nations. , ,

With the support .of the Australian delegation the Women's Congress passed a resolution demanding equality in nationality i for women. .
