(To the Editor.) ; ; Sir —In reference to the letter of "One Man, One Job," I would ; suggest he now writes you to ..ask if Mr. T. C. A Hislop, the other candidate for the Mayoralty, intends1, if elected as Mayor, to continue his other job, of barrister and solicitor. ( [The question raised by the former correspondent was whether one man should fill two public positions, not whether he should hold a public position while having a private occupation. To hold that a Mayor should have no private occupation would debar from the office all save persons with private means.—Ed.] ■ '
