Sir,—Seeing that Mr. Semple is Labour's candidate for Mayor in the coming election, I should like to ask whether in the event of Mr. Semple being elected it is his intention to stand for Wellington East at the Parliamentary elections.—lamY etc.. i . ' . ONE MAN ONE JOB.
