Board of Trade returns for March are: Imports, £60,509,000; exports, £35,051,000; re-exports, £4,471,000. . The principal increases compared with March of last year are:—lmports, other^ than food, £535,000; tobacco, ' £206,000; non-ferroua metals and manufactures, £708,000. Exports, coal, £226,000; machinery, £735,000; cotton yarns and manufactures, £338,000; vehicles, £860,000. ■ , Decreases are shown" by: Imports, meat, £518,000; beverages and cocoa preparations, £409,000; cotton, £662,000; wool, £1,401,000; oils and fats, £479,000.-
