MR. STERLING GOING TO ENGLAND (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Before his departure for England today, the Prime Minister announced that Mr. H. H. Sterling, chairman of the Railways Board, will leave at the end of the month on a visit, to England to investigate the latest developments in transport in order to keep New Zealand abreast of the times.
