AORANGI SAILS

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. The Prime Minister and Mrs. Forbes and party arrived by the Main Trunk express this morning. They were welcomed by the Mayor, Mr. G. W. Hutchison, who was accompanied by the Town Clerk, Mr. J. Brigham. Also on the station platform was Sir George Wilson, ex-president of the Auckland branch of the Reform Party; Mr. J. A. C. Allum, chairman of the Auckland Transport Board; and a number of other citizens. Mr. Forbes motored from the station to Prince's Wharf, where he boarded the Aorangi. He was farewelled by a number of political and personal friends. The Aorangi sailed shortly after 11 o'clock.
