STIRLING DEFEATS MCKAY (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, April 1., - In a 10-rounds professional boxing contest for the welterweight championship of New Zealand, held in the Town Hall to-; night, the holder, Don Stirling, decisively; defeated Johnnie McKay on points. McKay went well for the first four, rounds, but thereafter Stirling won" every round except one, and on several occasion* had McKay groggy and hanging on.
