LOYALTY AND SPORT

Two new races, to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of the King, have been arranged in England for the present flat racing season. Tho King's Prize, a handicap ■for £1000, for three-year-olds and upwards, over a mile and a, half, will bo run at the Epsom Spring Meeting on April 25. This race will become a permanent feature at Epsom. Kempton Park will stage the Royal Silver Jubilee Handicap, a plate of £1150, also'for three-year-olds and over one mile and a half, during the meeting on May 10 and 11. The Great Jubilee Handicap, to commemorate the jubilee of Queen Victoria, has been run at this meeting since 1887.
