IDLE AND DISORDERLY

For 'being an idle ;aud 'disorderly person in that he placed himself in/Tory Street to beg alms, Michael Crowley, alias "The : Goose," aged 08, a labourer, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment by Mr. W. F.; Stilwell, S.M.,in the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon.

A sentence of two months' imprisonment'was imposed upon Felix Mulligan, aged 44, a labourer, and upon Archibald West, aged 70, a hawker, for being idle and disorderly persons in that they habitually consorted with.reputed thieves. For a like offence John Patrick o'K.eefe, aged -50, a labourer, •■ was convicted and ordered to come-up for sentence'if called upon within six months. . .
