SUPER FLEECES DEARER
Ilagtings, March 25. The fourth and tfyul wool sale in Na> pier this season wiis held, .to-day with an offering of 20,500 bales. From the ■outset'competition was both animated and 'excited, and passings were few. Bidding appeared well spread, with Bradford lifting the bulk of the fleece wools, and the Continent-taking-most of the skirtings. -.-..-.■ . The offering for this time of the season was considered very satisfactory, particularly as there was a good deal of early shorn wools at the disposal of buyers.' Prices generally were fully firm on the last Napier sale in February, and super extra wools Were perhaps a half-penny or three-farthings dearer. Skirtings and erutchings were about on a par, but with lambs, although there did not appear to be any material change in A lambs, it was noticeable that second lambs recovered a great deal from the setback experienced at ■ the previous sale. .
