CRIPPLED CHILDREN
NATIONAL TRUST FORMED
The following have consented to become trustees to the National Crippled Children Fund: The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), Sir James Grose (general manager National Bank of New Zealand), Mr. J. M. A. Ilott (governor of Rotary, New Zealand section), Mr. C. J. B. Norwood (to whom Lord- Nuffield entrusted the gift of £60,000), and there is another member whose consent has yet to be obtained. The central committee is as follows: Sir Alexander Roberts, Messrs. J.M. A. Ilott, C. J. B. Norwood, S. L. P. Free (Masterton), C. Spratt, F. Campbell, H. E. Anderson," Drs. A. Gillies, S. Foster, F. T. Bowerbank, and the Mayors of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin. , The central provisional committee will act until the first annual meeting of the Society for the Care of Crippled Children, when the general committee will be elected. The annual fee of membership of the society is to be 55.., An application for the moor■- ■ poration of the society will' be lodged for registration at once. ■ ' '
