LORD DOVERDALE
The death is announced in London of Lord Doverdale at the age of 63. As the Hon. Oswald Partington, he was Liberal M.P. for the High Peak, 1900-10, and for Shipley,' 1915-18/ He was Liberal Whip and Junior Lord of Treasury and during the war was a member of the Royal Commission on Paper. He leaves a. son and daughter.
