NEW ARCHBISHOP OF WESTMINSTER.

Vatican City. March 25th. The Pooe has appointed one Right Rev.-MoAsignor Hirialey, Canon of the Patriarchal Basllios of St. Peter's, Rome, Archbishop of Westminster in succession to the late Cardinal Bourne. The new Archbishop is 70 years of age and was-educated at Ushaw and English College, Rome, where he was .afterwards Rector from 1917 to 1929.
