LONDON, February 6.: Six thousand demonstrators against the unemployriient relief scale rioted outside the Sheffield Town Hall after the refusal of the council to receive their representatives.' The police delivered a baton charge and quelled the trouble. Nine constables and many rioters were injured. There were numerous arrests.
