The "Daily Dispatch" reports wonderful operations on racing grey, hounds at the Royal Veterinary College by Professor McCunn,.who takes out the heart of a dog strained by racing, enlarges the cavity,' and in a month the dog is running and winning again. The operation is invariably successful.
