i Sir,—l can. substantiate your correspondent's,. Temarks. under , the above heading".-'iH,. yesterday V "Evening Post." It appears/to me that, those who are urging house and flat building are mostly interested parties. If this is so and-the investment so inviting, why do not these people build or acquire properties? They can have some of mine at one-third less than they cost me in 1928. But I think,they are too mindful of the true and time-honoured maxim, "Pools build houses for wise men to live in."—l-.am, etc.,
