The central featuie of the procession which accompanied the new Lord Mayor, Sir Stephen Killiek, in his famous coach, attended by postillions and footmen, to the Courts of Justice, whore the oath was taken, was tho pageant of London and Londoners based on four of the novels of' Charles Dickens.'
