Minister of Public Woiks, M. Roy. Minister of t Commerce, M. Marchandeau. - ■■ I Minister of Agriculture, M. Cassez. Minister of Labour, M. Jacquier. Minister of Post Office, M. Mendel. * Minister of Mercantile Marine, M. Beitrand. , Minister of Health, M. Qucuille. Ministeis without portfolios, M. Heriiot and M. Marin. The Cabinet is, balanced similarly to M. Doumcrguc's.
