V.M.C.A. CLUB

•' The V.M.C.A. Club held quite a successful annual meeting and from the keenness shown it seems certain that continued progress will be made. Several new members have been enrolled, and with tho assistance of Mr. Oliver as captain, members should be well catered for. The opening, day has been fixed for the first Saturday in December, when the :first events of the season will be contested. There are several young and promising swimmers in the club, and with cpmpetition they will undoubtedly improve and so build up the strength of the membership. :;.
