Miss Bonnie Peacock, Salamanca Roaa,»left by the Marama yesterday for Australia. She will stay for some time with her sisters, Mrs. H. M. Adnan, Hobart, and Mrs. Lionel Turner; Perth.
Miss Kathleen Hume, Timaru, is spending a short holiday with her mother, Mrs. Hume, Kelburn.
Miss Phyllis Hubbard, Wellington, who .has been the guest of Mrs. K. P. Mowat, Blenheim, has returned home.
Miss M. Purchase, Blenheim, who has been paying aJbrief visit toi Wellington, has Teturnea to the south, J. Griff en k and Miss Helen Griffen, Greymouf-h, are'visiting Wellington. Mrs. Tutty ana Miss Strang (Masterton) are at the Empire Hotel.
