(Received November 1, 9 a.m.) LONDON, October 31. A prolonged meeting of the United Irclnnd Party, nt which Mr. Cosgrave presided, exposed ,Mr. P. Belton, a member of the Bail, because he had recently been supporting Geiieral 0 'Duff V.
Mr. Belton contended that he was merely making an effort for peace, hoping to heal tlio breach with the Blue Shirta.
