The "Daily Mail" says that when Princess Marina becomes Duchess of Kent she will bo the fourth lady in the land, following the Queen, the Princess Royal, and the Duchess of York, displacing Princess Elizabeth. According to an unalterable rule at Eoyal weddings, the bride will promise to obey.
