STAFF DANCE
BALL AT LOWER HUTT
There was a large attendance at the' U.S.A. Hall, Lowur Hutt, when a very enjoj7able and successful dance was given by the staff of the Hutt Valley Electric Power Board.
An exhibition dance given by the pupils, of Miss Eva Draper, and a demonstration tap-dance by Master Jack Glennie were much, enjoyed.
The supper tables, daintily decorated with rose-coloured ranunculas,. were set with a delightful savoury supper in Miss Eva Draper's studio. Ice. creams, which wero served during the evening, were, much appreciated by the many guests." Music was supplied fry the excellent orchestra, and Mr. S. Palmer and: Mr, L.: Carr were joint M.C.s.
