SALE ON CONSIGNMENT

In the House of. Representatives today Mr. J. A. Nash (Government, Palmerston) asked the Primo Minister whether it was the intention of the Government to carry out tho suggested proposal of tho Industries and Commerce Committee-in its report dealing with the price fixation of bread.

Mr. Forbes replied: "The Industries and Commerce Committee recommended that it was of the opinion that as it considered tho sale of bread ou consignment was an undesirable practice an investigation into its operation should be made by the Industries and Commerce Department.
