NEXT MONTH'S MEETINGS
The spring racing session is now well under way, and there will be important meetings every week ahead for the next two months. Daylight saving will enable clubs to arrange their time schedules with greater freedom from now on. Next week tho Otnki Maori Racing Club (Friday and Saturday) and Dunediu Jockey Club (Thursday and Saturday) will hold their Spring Meetings, and a week later come the Masterton, Auckland, and South Canterbury Meetings. The following week- will bring the Wellington Pacing Club's opening, and then two days later the Labour Day lacing at Trentliam (second day), .Wayerley, Waipawa, Cambridge (Waikato Hunt), Rangiora (North i Canterbury). and Gore. Between ijien and the C.J.C. New Zealand Cup Meeting are the Poverty Bay, Rangitikei, and Banks Peninsula fixtures.
