LOWER HUTT COURT

A sitting of the Lower Hutt Police Court was: held this morning before Messrs. J. Cameron and 'A. J. Gearing, J.P.s. A first offender for drunkenness was fined ss. A. G. Sharpe was ordered to pay the costs, 10s, for failing to produde his motor driver's licence when called upon. Charged with driving without licences, Charles Turner was fined £1 and C. E. McP. Robertson 15s. John Stanley Smith, for motoring over a street channel crossing when turning in High Street, was ordered to pay the costs. Leonard Phillip was fined 10s .for parking a car on a bus stop.
