GREENLAND AIR CRUISE

BUGBY, September 12.

Two flying-boats of the Royal Air Force, No. 209 Squadron, set out from Mount Batten Air Station, Plymouth, this morning to fly to the Faroes, en route for Iceland and Greenland.

Although^it is one of tho usual training cruises, opportunity may bq taken to collect data for a possible northern air route, to America. The flight is under tho command of Squadron-Leader Livock, and a Danish, officer is among tlie thirteen persons carried by the two flyiiig-boats.
