WEDDING

FULTON—HOTTER. ,

The wedding was celebrated recently at St. Peter's Church of Zelda Ngaire, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Hotter, of Hataitai, and Thomas Nicholas, second son of Mr. and Mrs. T. -JN. Pulton, of Paeroa. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Canon Sykes, and Mr. Dyer presided at the organ. The, bride, who was escorted by her father, woie a frock of ivory windswept satin, made with a long sweeping train and a high cowl neck which iell in folds to match the fully-ruched long sleeves. Her ivory and silver embroidered tulle veil was charmingly arranged with orange blossoms in the shape of leaves. Cyclamen, carnations, hyacinths, and freesfas formed her bouquet. The train was held by a tiny flower-girl, Gay Eosenberg, who was dressed in a gown of similar material to the bride, cut with, a square neck, puffed sleeves, and fully-frilled skirt. She wore a cap of tiny white flowers. The bride was attended by her two sisters, Nona and Yvonne, in shades of apple-green and pink respectively. The frocks were of angelskin laco with capes of tiny georgette frills, the classic cut skirts being finished with godets of frills. They wore hats of gold lame, and they carried pale pink bouquets. Mr. D. Stevens was best man, and Mr. E. Burns groomsman. The ushers were Messrs. E. Chittey and C. Powell. The reception was held at The Eealm, Hataitai, wherfe the guests were entertained. Mrs. Hotter received the guests, wearing a mulberry ensemble with a hat and bouquet to tone. Miss P. Fulton, sister of the bridegroom, wore a pretty mauve georgette frock with, a panne velvet coatee to tone. Mr. and Mrs. Fulton left later, the bride wearing a smart frock and hat of green moss satin and a peschaniki coat, the gift of the bridegroom. Their future homo will be in Northland.
