Mr. Allan J;- Bartlett was recently decorated with the Polar Medal by the King aboard the Royal yacht at Cowes.Mr. Bartlett was a member, of the. British, Australian, and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition of 1929-31. Three members. of, the expedition: who are already in possession of tho.medal have received an additional clasp, and Mr. Bartlett is. one of . the, 55 others who have gained the - award' for the first time. ■' The silver.
