The Air Council sanctioned the use of the new Air Force aerodrome at Mlldenhall as tho base for the Centenary j^ir Bace, starting on October 20. No civil aero club posesses the necessary hangar accommodation. The Jioyal Aero Club is entirely responsible for the organisation at M.ildeuhall, the han»ars of which consist of two sheds, each of 30,000 square feet in area. The aerodrome measures W.OfiO yards by 11000 yards with a maximum run ot lij'oOO yards. The area is free from fog and adjacent tall obstructions. The surface is unlikely to become boggy.
