LITTLE AMEBICA, August 26.

Admiral Byrd continues to recover slowly, taking daily walks, but of no great distance.

With the temperature about 75 degrees below zero, the party at the Boiling advance base has not yet seen the sun which has been visible over the Boss Sea for five days. On instructions from Admiral Byrd an aeroplane has been made ready to ily to his shack to bring a new group of weather -observers and take back Admiral Byrd. When the flight will be made depends on the weather. The camp bore is 'suffering from a mysterious epidemic of colds, which is unusual in this supposedly gormless country. One or two were ill enough to go to bed. However, they are t» covering.
