Cairns Leo, Ltd., seek a declaration that they have validly rescindod agreements of hire purhase, or, alternatively, a decreo rescinding them, and judgment for £(303 17a .lid, together with interest at 6' per cent., or if no declaration or decree as asked is made, judgment for £583 17s lid as damages. Ford Sales and Sorvice, Ltd., counter-claim for £37 Ss ■id in respect of goods said to have been supplied to tho plaintiffs and repairs exocuted by the defendant at the request of the plaintiffs.
