BROOKLYN HARRIER CLUB
'J'liu Brooklyn Harriers wore the siiiosU of ill', and Mrs. 0. Bell, 7 Whitu Hireot. Khandallah, on Saturday afternoon. Three packs in charge of Morrison, Coyne, and Fitzgibbon respectively followed a trail laid by Tanner, Shanks, and Lee. The paper led from "To Kainga" to Jubilee Road, tlienco through the Cashmere Estate past, the power house, down the track to the Ngahauranga Gorge at the back of the melting-down works, then up the valley to the ridge, where the power line was followed to-New-lands. The trail led through Newlands down the spur at the back of Johneouville to the township, thence back to Khaudallah via Izavd Koad. Afternoon tea was dispensed by the host and hostess, assisted by Mrs. Russell and Miss Boland. The club president (Mr. F. W. Moore) thanked the host and hostess for their hospitality. The following are the teams to represent the club at the provincial championships: —A team: Barclay, 0. B. Roberts, Prosser, D. Pedei'scn, Davies, Bibby. B team: IT. P. Roberts, Fitzgibbon. Sinclair, Martell, R. 0. Pedersen, Miller. O team: Cowie, Dougall, Johnson, Janes, Shaw, Watson. Emovgoncics: Tanner, Smith, McGregor.
